Regatta Formats: Bronze, Silver & Gold

Regatta format, and who attends depends are a number of variables:

  • Bronze, Siver and/or Gold Fleets - JV/Varsity sailors will sail in the fleets the correspond to their skill. Some JV and Varsity Sailors may be mixed together.

  • While bronze/silver fleets allowing for "mixing" of sailors from different schools for development/growth purposes, Gold events do not allow this. For smaller schools JV/Varsity sailors may sail together to complete a team - even if their skills levels vary.

Each regatta sign up page has SPECIFIC details, and information about each event!

If your name is not on a specific regatta's sign up page, it may be because of an exception/eligibility rule OR you have not been added yet - ask Coaches to clarify.
